From recent personal experience I found ENSEARCH to be a reliable, responsible, and professional organization ready to help with an immediate need to fill vacancies at the mid level practitioner position in our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We had a need for locum help for two temporary vacancies at the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner level.

I am the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Manager in the NICU at Sioux Valley Hospital USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. I was in need of additional NNP coverage for our busy 40+ bed level III NICU. I had talked to ENSEARCH representatives at several national conferences that I had attended and had also been in contact with them via email/telephone regarding Locum Tenens NNP usage in other institutions. I was unsure how to proceed with recruitment and credentialing of these individuals for use in my facility. Quality applicants were of utmost importance.
