Tim Mattis
Tim is a founding principal of ENSEARCH and used his Christian spiritual beliefs in developing the culture and philosophy of the firm. "My goal is to offer clients and candidates an environment of respect and professionalism while at the same time maintaining close personal relationships. I want people to enjoy working with ENSEARCH. I trust that as you work with us in filling a ‘difficult to fill’ position or landing that ‘perfect job’ you will experience what I have striven to achieve. Tim's primary role in the organization involves staff training and development as well as client relations. However, he maintains an active recruiter’s desk because he still enjoys working with the clients and candidates as he believes that in order to be effective as a manager he needs to "stay in touch" with his profession.
Tim has been a successful search consultant since 1983 and most of his experience has been in relocation recruitment. As such, he is very familiar with the stresses involved in working with someone in that situation and does his best to interact with them accordingly. The last thing someone in that situation needs "is a pushy headhunter telling them what to do"!
When not at work, Tim enjoys SCUBA & abalone diving, taking rides (short or long) on his Harley, being actively involved in his church and community (he’s a past Club President of Rotary and founder of his Club’s Foundation), working Cursillo and Kairos (prison ministry) weekends…and most of all, raising his new son…Joshua Leonard…born in January of 2009.

Eric Shiffman
Upon graduating with a B.A. in History from Sonoma State University, Eric worked his way from the computer information service to the healthcare recruitment field. "I wanted an opportunity to establish a more personal relationship with the voice on the other end of the line."
In his almost 15(!) years as a recruiter with ENSEARCH, Eric has contacted just about every Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the country and has a firm grasp on the everyday occurrences within the Neonatal field.

Healthcare runs prominently
in his family, as his father is an Oncologist in Carmel, California.
When not at work, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 8 years, Charlotte and trying to slow down their three year old twin boys, Caleb and Elijah. Although Eric has his hands full with the twin boys, he also tries to find time to watch and attend various sporting events, being an avid sports fan.

Barbara DeForest
Barbara has been with ENSEARCH for five years. She's our Administrative Assistant extraordinaire! Barbara keeps us on our toes with her organizational skills and wit. Her voice is the one you hear on this end of the line when you call in. She possesses a deep respect for the people in the nursing field and has enjoyed getting to know several of you when you call in. We appreciate the dedicated support Barbara provides the ENSEARCH team. |

For fun, Barbara loves to cook and blesses us often with her creations. She also enjoys gardening, and visiting Las Vegas with her husband, Larry. Watching horse racing is a favorite pastime as well...if she gets 'that feeling'...you'd better put your money down...she's rarely wrong about a winner! If you are a cat lover, you're in good company with Barbara. Stay tuned for pictures of her "babies".

Sarah Nagy
Sarah joined ENSEARCH a year ago as the Office Manager. She describes this as her “Dream Job”, working with such an awesome team, and having such a wide variety of responsibilities... everything from invoicing, to HR, to graphic arts.

She receives a deep satisfaction out of doing anything to assist the efforts of the NNPs and clients that we work with. There is a special place in her heart for anyone who works in this industry, having a mother who has been an R.N. for almost 35 years.
Although Sarah is a self-proclaimed workaholic, she does have numerous passions outside of her career. She is a musician (singer/songwriter) who plays both the guitar and saxophone, although she considers her primary instrument to be her voice box. Her husband Jeff is also quite musical, and you can find them at a karaoke lounge every now and again, putting on a show. Sarah also dedicates much of her time towards volunteering for non-profit service groups, giving back to her community. One of the most important priorities in Sarah's life is spending time with her family, and being a native of Sonoma County, she is fortunate to live nearby the majority of the "Nagy clan".

Tim Scally
In July of 2008, Tim came to ENSEARCH with four years of direct experience in the staffing industry, primarily focused in recruiting for the technology market space. In crossing over to the NNP world, Tim leverages his thirteen years of experience interviewing, hiring, and managing people, as well as his experience in account management, developing and managing client relationships, and providing exceptional service.

On the personal side, Tim is a devoted Father of two boys. He is extremely involved in Ice Hockey, both as a player and as a coach, working with children of all ages. Tim also enjoys wine tasting, going to art, food, and wine festivals, traveling, spending time at the beach or in the mountains hiking and camping, as well as playing golf, going to car shows and sports car racing events.

Livonne Engebrecht
Livonne has been a Research Associate with ENSEARCH since March ’09. Her prior experience includes over 10 years of recruitment with nurses in management and advanced practice roles. She highly respects and admires the expertise required of NNPs. “The service provided to babies and families by NNPs is valuable beyond measure!"

Livonne’s strong work ethic along with effective interpersonal relationships ensures enjoyable interactions and results for candidates and clients. “My goal is to provide NNPs with assistance in realizing some of their dreams with an offer in a location that is ideal for them, or to provide options for flexible travel positions for additional income, and for some, the rewards of traveling to new destinations.”
She has lived in CA for 4 years and loves the rolling hills and beauty of the North Bay and wine country. Livonne has 3 daughters ages 24, 20 and 17. Much of her free time is spent hiking and walking on the beach with her husband, Andy, and trying to keep up with their 2 dogs. She also enjoys exercising, cooking, and dinner parties with family and friends.
