On a consistent basis, ENSEARCH is called upon by its clients to provide LT NNP's to cover shifts in their NICU's. Our clients understand clearly that "home hospital" schedule commitments come first, and that the LT NNPs we provide are only available as home hospital schedules permit.

We seek primarily:

Experienced Level III, certified NNPs
NNPs who can "hit the ground running" after a brief orientation
NNPs that can step into the client's NICU and immediately, after orientation, take over a patient case load
NNPs who are completely up-to-date and adept at all typical NNP procedures, diagnostics and responsibilities
Those able to do transport, both ground and air, as is sometimes required

Pay for LT assignments are better than average. Employee benefits are rarely provided. LT NNP's are paid either directly by the client, or by a professional payroll contracting service arranged by ENSEARCH. The client reimburses all travel and related expenses.
